It really helped a lot. Since I am a senior in college, I've been going through a lot lately and I know track is hard mentally. I felt like I needed someone to talk to and how to manage stress. Once he helped me on what to do, I felt better, and I had a tough workout in the heat, and then I had a really good workout. So overall, I think the Wellness Center really helped me.

The facilities were extremely clean, and the staff was welcoming. This was my first time visiting and I have already shared my experience with some of my colleagues in my area. I was more than pleased with my experience at the Wilmington College Health Services Clinic. Thank you for such a great experience. Job well done!
